We at PDX Automotive are proud of
the certifications our technicians and the shop have earned. All of
the technicians are ASE Certified Master Techs with years of
experience. In addition, each technician has the ASE advanced L-1
certification. We do our best to stay up with the latest
developments in the ever-changing technical arena. The latest tools,
diagnostic equipment and information services are available to our
technicians to enable them to diagnose and repair today’s
sophisticated vehicles.
Our shop has achieved several certifications we are
very proud of. We are very pleased to be a part of the Eco-Logical
Business program. In fact, we were one of the first six businesses
to qualify for the program. This program recognizes businesses that
reach the highest standards in minimizing their environmental
impact. Auto repair shops qualify for this program when they exceed
local environmental requirements and ensure that the best management
practices are followed. Certification assures our customers that we
have taken the necessary steps to reduce water and air pollution, as
well as hazardous and solid waste.
We are a AAA Approved repair facility. The AAA program
has rigorous requirements to ensure that their customers will obtain
the best, most professional service available. AAA accepted us into
the program “unconditionally”, which means we met their stringent
criteria in the areas of management, equipment, customer
satisfaction, community reputation and facility appearance.
We are a Blue Seal of Excellence shop. The
National Institute for Automotive Excellence established this
program to ensure that member shops have the proper equipment and
highly trained technicians necessary to repair today’s vehicles.
There are less than 900 Blue Seal shops in the nation.
We are also a state approved DEQ repair facility. This
program is designed to assist consumers who are seeking skilled
technicians. This shows our commitment to having the equipment and
training to repair emission failures and other difficult drivability
problems.
We also belong to several environmental organizations. |
